Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products (including PDF downloads and online materials) and physical books is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before completing any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for digital products and physical books are processed securely through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, which use SSL encryption. These gateways are safe and secure for all major credit and debit cards, and your payment details are not stored during this process.

All sales are final.
Digital products are deemed “used” once accessed or downloaded, and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Physical books are also non-refundable, as all book orders are printed, packed, and shipped immediately after purchase.

ThatKinderMama™ reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to pricing, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.

Delivery of Digital Products
If you do not receive access to your digital download after purchase, please contact amanda@thatkindermama.com with your transaction details so we can resend your files promptly.
